Delete your Tremi account
In the app
- Open Tremi and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. Deletion happens right away and can't be undone.
Without the app
Email support@tremiapp.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your login and email address, your ID, your current match, pairing attempts, daily counters, blocks you created and your devices' notification tokens. Your match gets the generic "Something changed in Tremi." notification and is never told why.
What we keep, and for how long
- Your ID is held for 30 days so nobody else can claim it right away. Only a one-way scrambled version of it is kept; after 30 days anyone can choose it.
- Ended match records, with internal numbers only and no email or ID, for up to 30 days to handle abuse.
- Reports you made or that were made about you, with internal numbers only, for up to 1 year.
- Server logs, which contain no emails, IDs or tokens, for up to 30 days.
- Our hosting provider's backups may keep copies for a limited time before they are overwritten.

Neler silinir?
Giriş bilgilerin ve e-posta adresin, ID'n, mevcut eşleşmen, eşleşme denemeleri, günlük sayaçlar, oluşturduğun engeller ve cihazlarının bildirim anahtarları. Eşleştiğin kişi yalnızca genel "Something changed in Tremi." bildirimini alır, nedeni asla söylenmez.
Neler, ne kadar süre saklanır?
- ID'n, başkası hemen alamasın diye 30 gün bekletilir. Yalnızca geri çevrilemez bir özeti tutulur; 30 gün sonra herkes seçebilir.
- Biten eşleşme kayıtları, e-posta ya da ID olmadan yalnızca iç numaralarla, kötüye kullanımla ilgilenmek için en fazla 30 gün.
- Şikayetler, yalnızca iç numaralarla, en fazla 1 yıl.
- Sunucu kayıtları (e-posta, ID ya da anahtar içermez) en fazla 30 gün.
- Barındırma sağlayıcımızın yedekleri, üzerine yazılana kadar sınırlı bir süre kopya tutabilir.
