Common questions
- I forgot my password. On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the link we email you.
- How do I end a match? Settings → Disconnect current match.
- Someone is bothering me. Settings → Block current match, or Report current match. Blocking also ends the match, and the other person can't match with you again.
- I think my match is under 13. Settings → Report current match → Underage, or email us. Accounts of people under 13 are deleted.
- My pokes don't arrive. Make sure notifications for Tremi are on in your phone's settings and that you're connected to the internet. Focus and Do Not Disturb modes can hold notifications.
- How do I delete my account? See Delete account.
